What will the charge look like on my
credit card?
The charge will be labeled on your credit card statement as "Mallcom Corp." There will be no indication that you have purchased adult goods on your credit card statement.
In the event someone calls us in reference to a charge, we do not disclose the details of the nature of the charge unless we feel certain it is the customer that has placed the order.
The only exception to this policy is when handling calls from Visa/Master Card's Internet Fraud Dept. We are required to disclose full information to them under our credit card vendor license agreement to assist them in their fraud prevention pursuits.
